Privacy & data use

This page explains what the public Vedokrok site and AI connection store and send. Updated 13 October 2026 for Google or email sign-in and learning history.

Accounts, email and analytics

  • Google or email sign-in is optional. You can read the library without an account. There is no payment flow or email subscription form.
  • The contact page prepares an email draft in your own mail app; it does not submit a message to Vedokrok from the website.
  • The website does not currently run a first-party visitor analytics collector.

Your learning account

Firebase handles sign-in with Google or email and a password. Google handles your identity when you choose Google sign-in. Your name or email can appear on your profile. Email accounts must confirm their address before saving progress. Passwords go to Firebase; Vedokrok does not write them into its learning database or device progress copy.

Vedokrok's learning database uses a hashed sign-in identifier and does not copy your name, email or access tokens into learning records. From your profile, you can add a password to an existing Google account without creating a separate learning history. Verification and password reset messages are sent by Firebase.

Cloudflare stores the card IDs, versions and release IDs you mark as read, your recall ratings, practice answer IDs, confidence choices and timestamps. The account stores your progress and repetition dates. It does not collect the text of your notes, journal entries or practice explanations.

Firebase keeps the sign-in on your device. The browser also keeps an account-specific progress copy and pending actions so an interrupted save can be retried. People with access to this browser profile may be able to read that device copy. Signing out hides it from the next account but does not erase pending actions.

Your history shows and exports up to one year of actions; older records are removed when you next save learning. Card and practice progress stays until you delete the account. From My learning, you can export your data, pause a card's repetitions, reset a practice track or delete your Vedokrok account. Deletion removes its progress and history, while a hashed deletion marker prevents old sign-in tokens from recreating it. Google and Cloudflare may keep their own service logs or recovery copies under their policies. Your Google account is not deleted.

Existing device-only Academy progress is not uploaded when you sign in. Your signed-in practice starts from the account history. The Assessment pilot, journal, games and AI-host widget state remain separate.

Request data

Like other web services, hosting and security infrastructure can process ordinary request metadata needed to deliver and protect a request. Vedokrok does not treat that technical request data as a personal knowledge profile.

Assessment progress

To let you resume, the pilot saves the template version, step statuses and timestamps in this browser on this device. It does not send this progress to Vedokrok. You can clear it at any time. Assessment notes, employer or client names, free-form answers and chat transcripts are not collected. Use your own notes to prepare.

Outcome journal

New entries stay in this tab unless you choose “Keep on this device”. Saved entries stay in your browser, where others using this device may be able to read them. Entries may include your planned action and what happened.

Entries are not sent to Vedokrok, ChatGPT or the library. You can export or delete them. Deleting saved entries does not remove exported copies. This feature does not encrypt browser storage or exported files.

AI tools

Vedokrok’s public AI connection can only read the library and needs no login. Vedokrok does not keep conversation state through this connection. The AI host may keep interaction details, such as your current learning step or checked actions. That state belongs to the host.

Vedokrok keeps limited technical logs to diagnose tool errors. These logs do not build a personal profile or store raw prompts as product history.

External services

If you open Vedokrok through an AI host or follow an external source link, that service has its own privacy practices. Vedokrok’s policy cannot change how an external platform handles its own data.

Before changing data use

We must review this notice before adding accounts, personal data stored on our servers, forms that send messages, email sent by Vedokrok, analytics, payments, file uploads or another new use of personal data. Code that plans server storage does not mean that storage is live.
