Why it matters
For each important trigger, pre-design a bounded response: scale, pause, switch channel, run a test or escalate. Do not automate high-consequence decisions that still require judgment.

- State what can happen automatically.
- State what requires approval.
- Keep a fallback if evidence is ambiguous.
